Commercial License for Physical End Products: 1 artwork, 500 units

This commercial license gives you the right to use ONE (1) purchased printable wall artwork from Small Lily Studio in your physical products for sale, up to 500 units. It is a non-exclusive and royalty free license.

Printable wall art only

Before you purchase this license, ensure that the artwork is available as "printable wall art" and is available for commercial licensing under Terms of Use in the description.

Frame TV art is not suitable for printing due to lower resolution and DPI. If you would like a license for an artwork that is only available as Frame TV art, please contact us first to find out if a printable version can be created.

While our artworks were designed as wall art, you can create any physical products, bearing in mind the artwork sizes/resolutions provided.

Purchasing & proof of license

Follow these steps to purchase and get your proof of license:

1. Add printable wall art product(s) to your cart.
2. Add this license to your cart for each artwork you are purchasing, even if they are part of a bundle. Leave a note if you need to clarify which artworks you are applying the licenses to (list the SKUs).
3. Check them out together. Your proof of purchase will be your license. No other license document will be sent.

✅ Allowed

Physical Product Sales: You are allowed to create and sell physical products for a single artwork from Small Lily Studio.

Limited Commercial Use: The artwork is licensed for commercial use, for sales of up to 500 units. Please contact us if you require larger quantities.

Use Without Credit: No credit or link back is required (though always appreciated!)

⛔ Prohibited

Digital Sales: You are not allowed to sell or give away for free any digital version of the artwork, whether modified or unmodified.

Redistribution and Reproduction: Reselling, distributing, copying, relicensing, or reproducing the artwork in any digital format is strictly prohibited.

AI Use: You are not allowed to use the artwork in AI prompts, references or training.

Claiming Ownership: Copyright and ownership of the artworks remain with Small Lily Studio. 

Use in Logos or Trademarks: You may not use our artwork as part of a logo, trademark, service mark, trading or business name.

Transferral: License is not transferable.
